Home is just home.

Camp was fun. It gets boring year after year, but it's still fun carrying out facilitating duties.
Plenty of laugh about moments, including Justin and his non-stop slumber. Pictures up in the next post.

Shoutout to the SPA committee. You guys absolutely rule. I remembered from the first day we got started, it was fun as hell. To our first screwing. To my demise. To certain inner conflicts. Well, it's all over now. And the feedback from all who went to watch the play, you guys deserve all the credit. Congratulations you guys, cast included, and we should take pride in knowing that majority of us are classmates, and you did our course and college proud! =D. We're free to party now. Like Rockstars.

Finals is around the corner, and revision should begin shortly. One last report and presentation to go, and then it's all over. So no excuses Shaun Teo! lol Danesh and I will hunt you down for IMC input! And that's about it. Planning stages of the end sem trip and end year trip will be happening soon after i suppose. All is well.

I lied.

Take Two : Thursday! -3

So about 3-4 Thursdays ago, I took the girls(Oli,Manda & Rose) out to lunch at pyramid since I had the car which was still new at the time. We couldn't decide where to eat, and ended up eating Sakae Sushi. Amanda is not a fan of sushi but hey, we made her try new stuffs and turns out she likes the octopus. Wahaha. After lunch we just made it in time for class, and luckily we had our notes printed our for us. Sweet =)

Yahp that is that. Now let's show you some random shit.

Here is Mr. Phang, our MMH and ESC lecturer doing what he does best in class. Besides boring us to death that is..

Laughing My Fucking Ass Off! Laughs Out Loud, Oh My God.

- abbreviation can be boring and a kill joy sometimes. XD -

Lastly, here's a shout-out to all other rival universities. Our campus boasts something extra than you peeps don't have. ( besides our 5 star facilities + lake and all that shyt la)

Needa' hint? It makes a sound like..moooo?

Picture credits goes to Olivia, who uploads things a fortnight late. =p

Take One

Today you will see posts aplenty. To begin with, let's see.

Ahh yes.

This is what happens when you've got FOUR babies in you at the same time. FTW much?

Half Time

Such joy. Having to eat my dinners alone. From now on I guess I'll be having my meal times all by myself.  Great family time. Anyway, fucked up things aside, it's a real shame that June has to be packed with all these freaking assignments, and there's also the studying for finals which I am yet to tuck myself fully into. Sigh.

Bright side, a forest retreat beckons. Going to facilitate school kids again, which is what my batch of high school grads are good at i guess, because they just keep calling us back. I know I'll be missing SPA's play, so I wish them all the best, and the play is gonna rock everyone who owns a ticket =) I'll also be missing out on 3 days of report writing, presentation preparation and of course studying. Bummer? Not really. Though I must remind myself that things MUST seriously pick up after camp.

Can't help but think of how I'll spend my holidays after sem. So many things to do, so little time, so little money. Gosh, money! Fucking depressing talking about it. Oh well. There's recording to look forward to, and everything else with the bandmates, the classmates, the ex NS mates, and the girlfriend. We'll see what happens.

Wanna know what I like about Thursdays this semester? The 3-hour break. We've decided that whoever drives on Thursday would bring the gang out to Pyramid for lunch and what not.
Last week, we had Korean food. Oli's idea. I'm no fan, but Baskin Robbins soooo made up for it. And I also recently discovered that I love coconut flavoured Ice Creams =)

Yay.
addy.oli

While in Pyramid, Shaun called and asked us to buy back Carls Jr.( which cost a whooping rm20 for a burger) and luckily Danesh paid. LOL. Little did he know, our delivery service would leave him hungry like a dinosaur.

The Carls Jr. Delivery Squad

Oh and on the brightest note of all, Justin Sim's back from wales. Black Light Banquet resumes recording baybeh. 8 new songs to record. Yes. EIGHT.

Job Vacancy

Interested? Job on offer is to be Adrian's Personal Assignment Buster. Your job requirements are..
  1. Fluent in English
  2. Able to carry out whatever order I give you regarding my assignments.
  3. Good hygiene. lol

Back to reality, doing 3 assignments simultaneously is a bitch. To every scholar who said Mass Communication is a walk in the park and requires low IQ, Fuck You. It's tough work, and takes a lot of organization and commitment to get through. I'll let you peek and what I'm doing.

Here's the third installment for IMC, arguably the best subject this semester. As much as I like doing this currently, it's tough work and getting a company's annual rep is hard!

Ahaha when I read the question for the first time, I was like Fuck This Shit. 10-12 pages, do you KNOW HOW FUCKING RIDICULOUS THAT IS!? WRITING ABOUT OF ALL THINGS,  ISA! FYL.

And finally, ahhh English. =) I could finish this in a day but I wanna get rid of those tough motherfuckers first.

On the brightest side ever, for all you readers out there..( preferably those who read Suzanne Collin's The Hunger Games and Book II Catching Fire), Guess what?

This is so gonna make this shitty year worth it alright. And I'm pretty sure I'll be done with this book within 24 hours. This is the final book in the Hunger Games trilogy, and I would definitely highly recommend it.

But hang on a minute. I'm going to buy another book next week, and this is something so hilarious, I'm pretty sure you'll get one yourself =p

This is a parody book of Twilight and omfg its fucking hilarious. Seriously. READ the descriptions below! RM35 something.

'I want to bite you, Heffa. I want to bite you very hard. I'll be gentle, I promise. If you really loved me, you'd let me.' Heffa Lump is just a typical, pale and interesting seventeen-year-old, who doubts that anyone will ever see her true beauty. But then she moves to Spatula and meets Teddy Kelledy, an impossibly gorgeous boy who eats rare meat, is super-strong and never goes out in sunlight. Could he, just maybe - be a vampire? (Hint: totally.) A tale of first love, painful longing and even more painful pointy teeth, "New Moan" is a hilarious parody of the phenomenon that is Stephenie Meyer's Twilight saga.

Here's Another one! =D

Heffa Lump is a self-centred seventeen-year-old who needs to grow up and get a life. Fortunately, the Spatula Academy of Fictional Excellence specializes in helping characters from kids' books cross over into adult fiction. Unfortunately, she's distracted from her attempts to leave adolescence behind when she meets Teddy Kelledy - an impossibly gorgeous boy who eats rare meat, is super-strong, and never goes out in daylight. Could he - just maybe - be a vampire? (Hint: totally.) Soon, Heffa finds herself harassed by supernatural forces on all sides: vampire goths peddling the deadly drug 'Emo' all over town, Jacko-worshipping zombies trying to eat her brains, and werewolves lurking in basements reading copies of Wolf Whistle. A fight is coming, and apparently she's involved...Will Heffa be able to narrate herself out of danger? Will Teddy learn that being with a girl doesn't always have to be about biting? And what will happen when the New Moan rises? "New Moan" is guaranteed to make any fan laugh out loud with its irreverent and clever take on this popular series, which is brilliantly on the nose.

Hahaha I know you can see why I want it already. =)

Highlight Reels

Was going through some folders from last semesters and I stumbled upon a couple of videos that are worth sharing. The first one was during our first semester during I.T class and the second during our second semester at AQ. =D

Notice how Shaun asks if i still wanted my sandwich? hahahahah coolest moment ever.

Money Don't Grow on Trees ya know?

Yeah I know. But I do need to be reminded all the time. Being very conscious, I am very aware of the people who are doing well financially around me, and yes I do envy them at times but that's all. I don't feel a need to keep up or compete. However, this picture just makes me feel like crap. Thanks Melvyn! =D

The effects of parking beside Melvyn can bring severe devastation lol.

I vow to get a good part-time job once semester is over, preferably the one in Megamall as an event coordinator with Thurai and Beng. Working alone is okay, working with friends is twofolds better. Gotta stop relying on mommy for little green notes.

Anyways, gonna head out to Pyramid in a bit with Kev and Brad to go get some info on making our T-shirts. Both the Tuah and band ones, but today gotta make the Hang Tuah tee's first, cause the Integrasi camp is coming up. And yeah we tuah love to roll in style. lol.
Meeting Nina there too, as part of her lepak plan and I'm already hungry thinking of what's for lunch. Here's a peek of what the Tuah tee looks like
Watcha think? I think it's wicked. =D
Only, this is gonna cost a bomb and money don't grow on trees ya know?
Sometimes, I know when to shut up and tell the voice in my head that it's worth it.
Happens ALL THE TIME.

Flash News

Let's begin. Excited to see this yet?

Okay, let's now bore you with some recent Black Light Banquet updates. A few weeks ago, received a call from sis that her friend at Y!Mag needs a band to fill in their indie music session slot at the Youth'10. Big big big opportunity, I couldn't say no. Drummer vacancy wasn't a problem, we had James Lim fill in and he didn't dissapoint. Overall, we had a great show. I would now take the opportunity to show you the work of our band's official photographer, Hoong who made the trip with us.

Topping it off with a red carpet treatment style picture. How nice.

Here's a pic of what our bio was like in Y!Mag's section. What an honor.

Let's talk about the semester. Malaysian Media History and ECS2 are boring as shit. No offence to the lecturer, he's trying his utmost best to get our attention but it's a case of epic fail. The assignments are of a similar caliber too. But besides all the boredom and frustration, i can always always always always always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  always  rely on my awesome friends to make it all soooooo much more bearable. I love you guys, and you know who you people are! =)
Let's start with some pictures. First and foremost, Amanda's birthday, which we celebrated at TGIF and had her stand on the chair and act a fool ( thanks to Chia Ling who was working there that helped me set it up), and LOL it was so embarrassing for her. All the better.

And next, we show you how communication students uses the webcam for all the right reasons. Haha I can remember the pain on Danesh's face when we were taking hundreds of pictures on his laptop. Of course I can't fit all in here, here are a few I picked randomly. Told you the semester wasn't so bad XD. This is pretty much what we do in between classes and class breaks.

In the library chillax couching area. Accomplices are Rosalyn, Olivia, Elisha, Yiching and Cara. Damn, I need more poster boys! Shaun and Danesh hardly ever does, Melvyn would jump right in.
This is pretty cool. In ECS2, the boring shithole class. It gets better though.

Finally we get to see some of Danesh. It gets Even better. Look away at the sight of pink if you're not used to seeing me in bimbotic fashion.

Ahh yes. This is a classic. Cara and Veron at the back, stop ogling at me! =p

I like this pic the best!
Terrorizing the galaxy with Melvyn Shane!

Okay I'm sure you've had enough of webcam nonsense. Let's talk about the tiny Tricia Lim. I just absolutely love her pictures! Brilliant. She had an assignment and needed to take different pics of us, and here are some that i quite liked. Keep up the great work Tricia!

And to end this really random post, here's one of my all time favs from Tricia. Adrian by Adrian.
This doesn't mean I'm vain btw. I'm just awesome and that's cause they said so! =D

Don't stay tuned for more updates. See you when I see you!
