So it was pretty hard to take in, as I beat myself up. I will conclude that I have been stupid for doing the things I did, and it's my fault. That's the hardest part. But 30 minutes in the shower has got me thinking I need a fresh start. And I have got my new year resolution, at last, albeit sadly. 

There's a whole world out there. What am I doing in here?
